Supporting the assessment, remediation and prevention of environmental pollution
Our Mission
Our mission is to gain a complete understanding of your business’ challenges, needs and expectations in order to identify choices and to provide you with creative, practical environmental solutions and opportunities to enhance the well-being and quality of life.
We aim to achieve this through
Remediation & Prevention of Environmental Pollution
We feel that cleaner air and health are vital concerns. We believe to reduce carbon emissions through cleaner production. Cleaner production is a preventive, company-specific environmental protection initiative. It is intended to minimize waste and emissions and maximize product output. By analysing the flow of materials and energy in a company, one tries to identify options to minimize waste and emissions out of industrial processes through source reduction strategies. Improvements of organisation and technology help to reduce or suggest better choices in use of materials and energy, and to avoid waste, waste water generation, gaseous emissions, and also waste heat and noise.
Reduction in Carbon footprint
In India, fossil fuel based thermal power plants are the main source of carbon emission one of the greenhouse gases, apart from the automobile industry. We are working on to replace coal use with wood, grass and other renewable bio fuels. This not only reduces CO2 and other air pollutants but, importantly, improves forest quality and restores native prairie grasslands, improving wildlife habitat and water quality in trout streams. We advocate for clean development mechanisms to reduce carbon emissions.
Environment Management
We provide environmental program management for a number of private and public customers. We take responsibility for a wide variety of their environmental compliance issues ranging from planned facility upgrades to emergency incident response. Services range from project design and management to implementation.
We implement environment management systems EMS following international standards ISO 14001:2004 and help the organization to achieve sustainable continual improvement.
Environmental Economics
We undertake theoretical or empirical studies of the economic effects of national or local environmental policies around the world. Particular issues include the costs and benefits of alternative environmental policies to deal with air pollution, water quality, toxic substances, solid waste, and global warming. We get this through
- Documentation of consumption (as a basic analysis of material and energy flows)
- Use of indicators and controlling (to identify losses from poor planning, poor education and training, mistakes)
- Substitution of raw materials and auxiliary materials (especially renewable materials and energy)
- Increase of useful life of auxiliary materials and process liquids (by avoiding drag in, drag out, contamination)
- Improved control and automatisation
- Reuse and recycling of waste (internal or external)
- New, low waste processes and technologies
- Environmental monitoring and analysis
